Operating
Diverse lovpålagte oppgaver jfr. Bilansvarslova med forskrifter, blant
annet oppgjør av erstatningssaker i forbindelse med skader voldt av
uforsikrede og ukjente motorvogner, (se bilansvarslovens § 10), og av
erstatningssaker i forbindelse med skader voldt i Norge av utenlandske
motorvogner. TFF krever også inn gebyr for uforsikrede motorvogner jfr
bilansvarslovens § 17 a. For fullstendig formål og virksomhet, se
foreningens vedtekter § 3 på foreningens nettsider.
