Stiftelsens formål er å være en pådriver for frivilligheten i Vestre
Aker bydel gjennom egne tiltak og aktiviteter og ved å være en
brobygger mellom andre lag, foreninger og organisasjoner. Sentralen
skal også være en dialogpartner for bydelen og bydelsutvalget i saker
som omhandler frivillighet og nærmiljøutvikling.
