Bidra til vekst og utvikling av nye og eksisterende
selskaper blant innvandrere i Norge, samt det som naturlig står i
forbindelse med dette. Selskapet er å regne som et ideelt
aksjeselskap. Selskapet har ikke erverv som formål, og det vil ikke
bli utbetalt utbytte til aksjonærer. Aksjenes maksimalpris ved
omsetning er pålydende verdi. Ved overskudd skal midler brukes til å
drifte nye programmer som omhandler entreprenørskap og inkludering.
Dersom Charge AS skulle bli vedtatt oppløst, skal selskapets midler
gis videre til Norwegian Refugee Council.
Rådgivning- og kommersialiseringstjenester, utleie av arbeidsplasser,
profilering- og reklamevirksomhet. Bidra til vekst og utvikling av nye
og eksisterende selskaper blant innvandrere i Norge.
