Tilby eierkommunen kvalitative tiltak som åpner for sysselsetning,
deltakelse og inkludering i det ordinære arbeidslivet for kommunens
innbyggere. Selskapet er en del av virkemiddelapparatet for å nå
kommunens sosialpolitiske målsettinger, og kan tilby eier tjenester
innen dette formålet for øvrig.
Selskapet skal ikke ha erverv til formål. Selskapet skal ikke utdele
utbytte, erverve egne aksjer, gjennomføre kapitalnedsettelser med
utdeling til aksjeeiere, eller på annen måte foreta utdelinger til
aksjeeierne.
Eventuelt overskudd som genereres gjennom virksomheten skal kun
anvendes til realisering av selskapets formål. Ved en avvikling av
selskapet skal eventuelle gjenværende midler benyttes på tilsvarende
måte, uten utdeling til selskapets aksjonær.
