Operating
Et såkornfond («Fondet») med formål å investere direkte eller
indirekte i oppstartselskaper med forretningsadresse i Midt-Norge. Mer
enn halvparten av Fondets investeringer (målt i investert kapital)
skal gjøres i selskaper som er presåkornbedrifter på tidspunktet for
Fondets første investering i selskapet. Fondet skal bare investere i
selskaper som har forretningsadresse og ansatte i Midt-Norge, samt
tydelige ambisjoner om videre vekst i arbeidsplasser og verdiskapende
aktivitet i Midt-Norge på tidspunktet for Fondets første investering.
Fondet skal videre bidra til at Midt-Norge er ledende på bærekraftig
nyskaping og grønn omstilling i Norge og derigjennom skape nye
arbeidsplasser, samt bidra til at Midt-Norge blir mer attraktiv for
etablering og utvikling av bedrifter med nasjonalt og internasjonalt
vekstpotensial. Dette skal nås gjennom selskapets
investeringsstrategi. Med Midt-Norge menes området som utgjør fylkene
Trøndelag og Møre og Romsdal.
Investeringsselskaper/-fond åpne for allmennheten.
Alternative investeringsfond (AIF) unntatt verdipapirfond.
