Er organisering og omsetning av tjenester knyttet til utøvende
artister, musikere og musikkprodusenter. Selskapets viktigste oppgave
er å ivareta de ansattes interesser og bidra til å gjøre de ansattes
liv tryggere og enklere. Selskapet skal drives etter de etablerte,
forretningsmessige hovedlinjene i Employ-modellen, som er: Ansatte
først. Den enkelte ansatte skal ivaretas på best mulig måte i
fellesskapet Lavprofitt. Maksimalt 2% på bunnlinjen Samdrift. Gir
selvstendige de samme sosiale rettighetene som ordinære arbeidstakere
Rettferdig og solidarisk fordeling av risiko og kostnader.
Utøvende artister, musikere og musikkprodusenter. Utøvende kunstnere
og underholdningsvirksomhet innen musikk. Produksjon av musikk.
