Norsk Komponistforening (NKF), stiftet i 1917, er en fag- og interesseorganisasjon for profesjonelle, yrkesaktive komponister som jobber med musikk og lyd som kunstform. Gjennom forskjellige støtteordninger gjør Komponistforeningen det mulig for komponister innen kunstmusikkfeltet, både medlemmer og andre, å realisere sine ideer til glede for utøvere og publikum. Norsk Komponistforening er medlem av den europeiske komponistorganisasjonen ECSA (European Composer and Songwriter Alliance).
