Inngå byggekontrakt med Astilleros y Talleres del Noroeste SA for
"Construction of a Production Storage and Offloading Ship", kalt
PETROJARL IV, samt å inngå "agreement for the Provision of
Production Storage Offtake and Transportation Services", heretter kalt
PPSO, med Poinaven Co-Ventures, Britoil Public Limited Company, BP
Exploration Operation Company Limited og Shell UK Limited, hvoretter
selskapet skal utføre produksjon, lagring, overføring og transport av
olje på Foinaven Field, herunder hva som står i sammenheng med dette
og enhver annen virksomhet som er nødvendig for å oppfylle
kontraktsvilkårene med Co-venturers i PPSO.
Inngå byggekontrakt med Astilleros y Talleres del

Storage and Offloading Ship", kalt PETROJARL IV,
samt å inngå "agreement for the Provision of
Production Storage Offtake and Transportion
Services", heretter kalt FPSO, med Foinaven
Co-Ventures, Britoil Public Limited Company, BP
Exploration Operation Company Limited og Shell
UK Limited, hvoretter selskapet skal utføre
produksjon, lagring, overføring og transport av
olje på Foinaven Field, herunder hva som står i
sammenheng med dette og enhver annen virksomhet
som er nødvendig for å oppfylle kontraktsvilkårene
med Co-venturers i FPSO.
