som hovedsaklig investerer i unoterte instrumenter. Dette omfatter
typisk private equity fond, venturefond, tilføringsfond, og
eiendomsfond. Depotmottakertjenester og tillatelsen vil være begrenset
til å være depotmottaker for lukkede alternative investeringsfond
(ingen investorer har krav på å bli innløst i en periode på 5 år etter
datoen for første investering), med strategier, som hovedsaklig består
i å investere i aktiva som ikke skal oppbevares i depot.
