Organisasjonskomite og arrangør for VM i alpint i Narvik i 2029 (the
Local Organizing Committee, LOC), i henhold til Hosting Agreement.
Selskapet har ikke økonomisk formål for sin virksomhet og har følgelig
ikke som formål å skaffe aksjonærene økonomisk utbytte. Eventuelt
overskudd skal anvendes til videreutvikling av selskapet i tråd med
selskapets formål og fremme av skisportens interesser. Ved oppløsning
skal formuen til selskapet fordeles til aksjonærene forholdsmessig i
forhold til aksjeinnehav og benyttes til idrettslige ideelle formål i
tråd med formålet til aksjonærene.
