Skaffe avløsning slik at medlemmenes får regelmessig fritid,
avlastning i onnetider og avløsning under sjukdom m.m. Laget kan også
administrere/koordinere andre former for samarbeidstiltak,
maskinsamarbeid, håndverksarbeid, vedformidling, skogsarbeid,
bygdeservice m.m som kan være med å bedre medlemmene sitt
driftsresultat, arbeidssituasjon og velferd. Det kan og være naturlig
å yte andre tjenester som styrker landbruket, eller være utviklende
for lokalmiljøet (generell bygdeutvikling).
Skaffe gårdbrukerne kvalifisert arbeidskraft, slik at de kan få den
ferien og fritiden de har krav på, samt skaffe kvalifisert
arbeidskraft ved sykdom.
