Legge til rette for omsorg og trygghet for barn i møte med utrykningspersonell etter brann og ulykker. Gi Barn kunnskap om brannsikkerhet. Bjørnisprosjektet skal videreutvikles som kommunikasjonsplattform i tiltak rettet mot barn gjennom tre hovedsatsingsområder: For det første skal Bjørnis brukes som verktøy når brannvesenet møter barn i forbindelse med brann og andre ulykker. For det andre skal vi tilby og videreutvikle det nasjonale undervisningsopplegget for barnehagebarn. For det tredje skal vi bygge videre på Brannbamsen Bjørnis som brannvesenets positive promotør og barnas store helt.
