«The Next Tamil Generation» er en frivillig organisasjon, som ble stiftet 26.12.2011. Det som var motivasjonen til etableringen var borgerkrigen på Sri Lanka, som tok slutt i 2009. Menneskene som bor i den nordre regionen av landet har spesielt fått kjenne på ettervirkningene av denne krigen. Dette har ført til store skader hos disse menneskene som; bolig, infrastrukturen, arbeidsmuligheter og ikke minst fysiske og psykiske lidelser. I tillegg til dette har mange mistet flere av sine aller nærmeste. Dette har igjen ført til at flere trenger økonomisk bidrag for å kunne etablere seg, og få et bedre liv
