Skal bedre tilgjengeligheten til Randsfjorden, rydde frisiktsoner langs fjorden, bedre fisket og tilgangen til fiskeplasser, opparbeide parkeringsplasser og turstier, restaurere gamle dampskipsbrygger, pakkhus og andre anlegg som ble benyttet i forbindelse med skipstrafikken på fjorden, anlegge nye og vedlikeholde eksisterende båthavner, markedsføre Randsfjorden som reiselivs- og rekreasjonsmål.
