På oppdrag fra Oslo kommune i samarbeid med andre nærings- og
utviklingsaktører legge til rette for næringsutvikling. Gjennom å
bidra til økt entreprenørskap og innovasjon, samt forestå
internasjonal markedsføring av Oslo som attraktiv næringsregion.
Selskapet skal forvalte fylkeskommunale utviklingsmidler i henhold til
tildelingsbrev på vegne av eieren. Selskapet skal kunne påta seg
oppgaver som eieren tildeler selskapet i utvidet egenregi.
