Ivareta medlemmenes felles interesser i området og søke å utvikle
fjorden og tilstøtende områder til et trygt og godt boligmiljø.
Foreningen skal ivareta og kommunisere medlemmenes interesser som et
førings- og samarbeidsorgan overfor kommunen, andre offentlige
instanser og representere nærmiljøet overfor andre som lanserer
planer/aktiviteter som vil påvirke miljøet og andre viktige forhold
for de som allerede er bosatt i området ved Korsvikfjorden.
