Foretaket er en fellesordning, for virksomheter i Fosen og
nabokommuner, som skal utføre tjenester innenfor helse, miljø og
sikkerhet etter bestemmelser i Arbeidsmiljøloven og forskrifter for
verne- og helsepersonell, samt andre aktuelle lover. Foretaket har en
fri og uavhengig stilling i forhold til partene i arbeidslivet, og
inngår som et ledd i det forebyggende helsearbeidet. Medlemmene vil få
tilgang på tjenester ut fra tjenestemeny, samt individuelle behov.
