Selskapet har ikke økonomisk gevinst som formål. Selskapet kan ikke
utdele utbytte. NTG Kongsvinger AS skal sikre en formålstjenlig
utnyttelse av de samlede ressurser i egen virksomhet og i eventuelle
tilknyttede virksomheter. Gjennom dette skal en samtidig ta sikte på å
