Vi bistår ved oppstart av Angstringen lokalt og formidler kontakt til eksisterende lokale grupper av Angstringen. Vi driver landsdekkende opplysningsarbeid og kunnskapsformidling om angst og selvhjelp for alle. Vi betjener en opplysningstelefon. Vi arrangerer og bidrar til seminarer og informasjonsmøter.

selvhjelp ovenfor allmennheten og helse- og sosialvesenet.
