Skape og utvikle innovasjonsmiljøer og -aktiviteter som skal være til
inspirasjon for gründere og forskere i hele regionen, og stimulere til
forskning med utgangspunkt i behov for næringslivet. I tillegg skal
selskapet kunne delta i annen virksomhet med tilsvarende formål.
Selskapet har ikke som formål å oppnå økonomisk vinning for sine
eiere. Eventuelt overskudd i selskapet skal brukes til å realisere
selskapets formål. Ved likvidasjon skal eventuelt overskudd ikke
utdeles til aksjonærene, men gis til utvalgte mottakere i samsvar med
formålet.
