Operating
Lier idrettsråd skal arbeide for best mulige vilkår for idretten i
kommunen. Idrettsrådet skal være en arena for samarbeid mellom lagene,
mellom lagene og kommunale myndigheter og mellom lagene og
idrettskretsen. Arbeidet skal preges av lojalitet, likeverd,
frivillighet og demokrati. All idrettslig virksomhet skal bygge på
grunnverdier som idrettsglede, fellesskap, helse og ærlighet.
