Laget sitt føremål er å gi medlemmane høve til å øve inn og framføre
god korps-musikk, til glede for seg sjølve og andre. Laget skal ôg
arbeide for at slik musikk skal få ein sterkare posisjon blant
publikum. Laget skal også ha som føremål å skape eit godt sosialt
miljø medlemmane imellom.
