felleskostnadene for senteret samt gjennomføre markedsføring sammen
med butikkene i senteret. Selskapet skal være seksjonseiere sitt
driftsselskap av Hundvåg senteret, og bindeleddet mellom leietakere og
seksjonseiere. Felles drift og markedsføringsavtale er utarbeidet og
er gjeldende for alle seksjonene i Hundvåg senteret. Budsjettet for
drift og markedsføring godkjennes av styret i Hundvåg senteret AS.
