Foreningen skal arbeide for Hortens sosiale- og fysiske miljø, og
beboernes trivsel. Foreningen skal være en pådriver i større og mindre
prosjekter som gjør Horten til en bedre by for sine innbyggere. Dette
gjøres gjennom innsamling av midler, søknad om støtte, og utføring av
dugnadsinnsats. Foreningen er en ideell organisasjon.
