Foreningens oppgaver er drift og vedlikehold av veien som går fra
Gjevilvassveien til Hoelsætra og inkluderer parkeringsplassene:
nedre, nedenfor grinda og øvre ved Hoelsætra. Foreningen skal
også organisere brøyting og strøing i område. Foreningen skal arbeide
for at alle forhold av felles interesse blir ivaretatt på bes mulig
måte gjennom et samarbeide med grunneiere, kommune og andre berørte
parter.
