Organisere rekruttering og opplæring av lærlinger. Selskapet har
dermed følgende primæroppgaver: i) Rekruttere kvalifiserte ungdommer
inn i bilfagene og andre fag bedriftene måtte ønske. ii) Bidra i
tilretteleggingen for god opplæring i bedriften. iii) Følge opp
lærlingene i læretiden i tråd med gjeldende lover og forskrifter. De
til enhver tid gjeldende samarbeidsavtalene med medlemsbedriftene
regulerer oppgaver og plikter mer detaljert.
Opplæring av lærlinger, derunder organisere
opplæringen og alt som dermed står i forbindelse.
