vedlikeholde velforeningens område med installasjoner, herunder
gatelys, felles VA anlegg, parkeringsplasser og friarealer.
Velforeningen skal også ivareta medlemmenes interesser i området og
søke å utvikle stedet til et trygt og godt bomiljø.
