Hovedaktiviteten vil være kjøp av lokalt produsert mat fra
landbruksnæringen på Røst for videreforedling og salg. Dette innebærer
både en lokalmatsatsing og en reiselivssatsing for å utvikle Røst som
en reiselivsdestinasjon som også bruker reiseliv og turisme som en
måte og opprettholde økosystemene knytt til landbruk. Bedriften vil ha
høy kompetanse innen landbruk, matproduksjon, økologi og bærekraft, og
reiseliv. Vi vil derfor også tilby konsulentvirksomhet innen disse
temaene.
