Utføre lovpålagte revisjonsoppgaver for deltakerne etter gjeldende Lov
om kommuner og fylkeskommuner (kommuneloven) med tilhørende
forskrifter. Revisjonsarbeidet omfatter regnskapsrevisjon,
forvaltningsrevisjon og eierskapskontroll. Selskapet utfører også
andre tjenester, herunder undersøkelser, så langt dette er forenlig
med selskapets oppgaver som revisor.
Selskapet kan påta seg oppdrag for andre enn selskapets deltakere
såfremt dette ikke er i strid med gjeldende bestemmelser om revisjon
og annen lovgivning.
Selskapet yter også andre former for rådgivning og veiledning relatert
til kommunal og fylkeskommunal drift, så langt dette er forenlig med
selskapets oppgaver som revisor.
Selskapet har ikke erverv til formål.
