Operating
Stiftelsen Kløverhagen Miniboliger skal stå for
oppføring av miniboliger på tomta nedenfor Berg
Barnehage, Sømna. Efter oppføringen skal stift-
elsen ivareta drift av boligene. Stiftelsen har
ikke økonomisk formål med sin virksomhet, men den
skal drives på vanlig forretningsmessig måte
innenfor sitt område, slik at boligene til enhver
tid er sikret god økonomi for vedligehold, modern-
isering,utbygging mv. Betingelsen for tomte-
overdragelse, jf K-sag 91/91, aksepteres. Ved
kommunalgarantiansvar lejes leilighetene til
personer som kommunen har særlig omsorgsansvar
for, jf Kommunaldepartentets rundskriv H- 30/93 av
8/7-93
Utleie av omsorgsboliger til eldre på gnr 70, bnr. 208 Sømna.
Stiftelsen har ikke økonomisk formål med sin
virksomhet, men den skal drives på vanlig
forretningsmessig måte innenfor sitt område,
slik at boligene til enhver tid er sikret god
økonomi for vedlikehold, m.v.
