Foreningen har til formål å arbeide for fastlandsforbindelse i form av
bro til Vassøy både for kjøretøy, syklende og gående. Formålet skal
oppnås gjennom følgende aktiviteter: Saklig informasjon til
politikere og byråkrater i Stavanger kommune og Rogaland
fylkeskommune. Høringsorgan for kommunale og fylkeskommunale planer.
Saklig informasjon til befolkningen på Vassøy. Deltakelse i
debatter relatert til tema både i form av møter, nyhetspublikasjon og
sosiale medier.
