Skal skape aktivitet og velferdstilbud for beboere og andre som interesserer seg om utviklingen i Laksevåg. Målet er å bidra til at bydelen på sikt skal bli et enda mer attraktivt sted å bo, leve og å jobbe i. Skal arrangere konserter, musikkfestivaler, spillkvelder, sports- og kulturarrangement for personer i alle aldre. Skal arrangere minimum ett årlig arrangement som utelukkende skal rettes mot barn og unge under 18 år. Formålet skal oppnås gjennom frivillig arbeid, samt å engasjere lokalt næringsliv i samarbeid/innkjøp.
