Rovdyrsenteret skal være en faglig, nøytral og helhetlig
kunnskapsarena og et læringssted for de fire store rovdyrene i norsk
natur. Rovdyrsenteret skal sikre at det holdes et høyt faglig nivå og
at rovdyrsenterets innhold og profil har den nødvendige bredde,
objektivitet og saklighet slik at informasjonsvirksomheten berører
alle sider ved biologien og forvaltningen av disse artene.
