internasjonalt, gjennom å drive barnehage og tilleggsvirksomhet som er
nær tilknyttet barnehagevirksomhet.
Barnehagene skal drive sin virksomhet i samsvar med den til enhver tid
gjeldende barnehagelovgivning. Formålet skal være i tråd med Lov om
barnehager, § 1. Barnehagens virksomhet skal bygge på og speile
Diakonhjemmets grunnlag og formål.
Selskapet skal ikke ha som formål å skaffe aksjonærene økonomisk
utbytte.
