På forretningsmessig grunnlag å forvalte eiendom, jordvei og hus som
tilhører Årnes Gård (gnr. Bnr 1 i Rælingen kommune) med tilhørende
skog ( gnr. 93/1, samt 94/5, 10, 11, 97/3 og 98/7 i Rælingen kommune)
ved selv å delta i løpende drift eller hel eller delvis
bortforpaktning til andre. Målet er å opprettholde Årnes Gård som en
livskraftig eiendom, hovedsakelig basert på jordbruk og skogbruk. Det
er ikke skutt in kapital i selskapet. Ved driftsmessig overskudd som
gjør det mulig å utdele utbytte, skal det fordeles mellom deltakerne i
hht eierandelene.
Gårdsbruk med produksjon av melk, kjøtt, korn(forpakting). Skogbruk
med produksjon av tømmer.
