Operating
Foretakets formål er å eie og drive barnehage til beste for medlemmene
og deres barn. Foretaket skal fremme medlemmenes økonomiske interesser
gjennom deres deltakelse i virksomheten som kjøpere av
barnehagetjenester fra foretaket. Formålet er ikke kapitalavkastning
til medlemmene. Eventuelt årsoverskudd skal godskrives egenkapitalen i
foretaket. Barnehagen skal drives i samsvar med bestemmelser gitt i
til enhver tid gjeldende lover, særskilt lov om barnehager med
forskrifter, herunder forskrift om rammeplan for barnehagens innhold
og oppgaver.
Barnehagetilbud for 60 barn i alderen 0 -6 år.
