Formålet med foreningen er å gjennomføre en årlig lysfestival som har
til hensikt å fremme kunstfaglige arbeider med fokus på lys.
Festivalen skal bygge og styrke dette kunstfeltet samt være til
allmenn glede for publikum i byrommene.
