Å arbeide for å videreutvikle Sandnessjøen som moderne by- og
regionsenter, skape aktiviteter evenementer og infrastruktur som øker
bo- og arbeidslyst herunder fremmer miljø- og trivselstiltak for så
vel fastboende som besøkende. Selskapet skal være vertskap og
videreutvikle ulike arenaer for informasjon, kunnskapsdeling,
kulturopplevelser, moderne handel og servicetjenester. Selskapet skal
bl.a. foreberede, gjennomføre og videreutvikle Alstahaug
Næringsforenings gjeldende årshjul og signalarrangement samt utvikle
nye evenementer, kurs og konferanser i Sandnessjøen. Arbeidet kan
gjøres både i egen regi og i nært samspill med øvrige virksomheter,
lag og foreninger i Hald-kommunene.
