varmeanlegg med distribusjon av varmeenergi tilknyttet Lunde og Søve
vdg. skoler. Eierskap og drift av andre tilsvarende typer anlegg som
partene er enige om. Produksjon og levering av flis og andre
tjenester tilknyttet bioenergibaserte varmeanlegg.
Partene er enige om å samarbeide om et felles selskap for å bygge, eie
og drifte en biovarmeforsyning til Lunde vdg. skole og Søve
vdg. skole i Nome kommune, og eventuelle andre bygg som måtte være
egnet til dette. Partene er enige om å stifte Nome Skog og Miljø AS
som sammen med Bø Fjernvarme AS skal stifte selskapet Nome Biovarme
AS. Nome Skog og Miljø AS skal ha en eierandel i Nome Biovarme AS på
51 %.
