voksne som undervises etter introduksjonsloven og opplæringsloven.
Organisasjonen skal fokusere på særskilt tilrettelagt opplæring,
opplæring av minoritetsspråklige og kompetansegivende opplæring. IKVO
arbeider med holdninger, rettigheter, ressursmessige, organisatoriske
og faglige forhold knyttet til den kommunale voksenopplæringen.
