og i samarbeid med stiftelsen Øverdalen eldresenter og andre naturlige
samarbeidspartnere drive utleie av boligene og tilhørende
service/fellesstue. Boligene skal fortrinnsvis leies ut til trygdede.
Styret fastsetter nærmere regler for utleie av boligene. Selskapet kan
også hvis det er hensiktsmessig for den samlede økonomien skaffe
og/eller drive andre boliger/lokaler for utleie.
