Operating
Bidra med bolig til prest i rekrutteringssvake områder med svakt
fungerende boligmarked, samt bidra til å forvalte
prestegårdshistorien. Dnk eiendom AS skal også tilby bispeboliger og
enkelte næringseiendommer som i hovedsak skal benyttes av kirkelige
virksomheter. Selskapet skal forvalte verdier som er overført til
selskapet i forbindelse med delingen av Opplysningsvesenets fond
(org.nr 970 955 569).
Selskapet kan delta i selskap som har til formål å forvalte, drifte og
vedlikeholde eiendom, inklusive utleie til prester og andre, samt
kulturminneforvaltning.
Selskapets virksomhet skal innrettes slik at eiendelene ikke gir Den
norske kirke en økonomisk vinning for kirkens alminnelige virksomhet,
jf. lov 18. juni 2021 nr. 98 § 5.
Selskapet skal ikke ha erverv til formål og eventuelle overskudd skal
holdes innenfor selskapet. Disponible økonomiske midler kan investeres
i finansielle instrumenter, eller andre plasseringer hvor selskapet
har særlige forutsetninger, og med lav til moderat risiko.
Selskapet kan ikke utdele utbytte eller foreta andre verdioverføringer
til Den norske kirke.
