Formålet for Oppvind er å drive undervisning og opplysning om IKT.
Oppvind vil nå unge og voksne med ulike vansker i bydelene
Frogner og Ullern og legge til rette for at deltakere med liten
datakompetanse skal kunne tilegne seg det grunnleggende for å kunne ta
i bruk nett-tjenester og det de ellers måtte trenge i en økende
digital hverdag i et samfunn i endring. Oppvind tilbyr veiledning og
opplæring innen bruk av digitale flater, fremstilling av nettsider,
digital lyd og media.
