ABBS Norwegian Friends har som formål å medvirke til at psykisk utviklingshemmede barn i Nepal kan få et tilbud som kan gjøre hverdagen lettere både for barn og foreldre. ABBS vil gjennom sin virksomhet foreta forskjellige aktiviteter som kan innbringe økonomisk støtte støtte til dagsentre for psykisk utviklingshemmede barn som drives gjennom HDCS, en frivillig hjelpeorganisasjon i Nepal. ABBS er en demokratisk orginasisasjon og har ingen profittmål.
