Allianseavtalen både på overordnet plan og i tilknytning til
ikke-finansielle tjenester og produkter slik dette samarbeidet som er
etablert med grunnlag i Allianseavtalen, herunder forvalte og utøve
eierinteresser i SB1U. Selskapet kan også drive annen virksomhet for å
ivareta Partenes behov for samarbeid om produkter og tjenester som
ikke er besluttet som felles aktivitet under SB1U.
Forvalte og utøve eierinteresser i selkapet Sparebank 1 Utvikling DA.
Sparebank 1 Utvikling DA utvikler, eier og distribuerer programvare-
og informasjonsteknologi, markedsføringstjenester og produkter,
herunder lisenser og varemerker, primært rettet mot
finansinstitusjoner og virksomheter tilknyttet dette.
