Foreningen skal videreutvikle Enneadmetoden. Ennead er en fysiologisk
inndeling av ni ulike bevegelsessenter i kroppen. Metoden skal
utvikles gjennom treninger slik som meditasjon, relasjonsøvelser og
bevegelsestrening. I tillegg skal foreningen arrangere seminarer,
holde foredrag, presentasjoner samt undervise og ha fysisk veiledning.
