Karlsøyfestivalen er en av norges lengstlevenende festivaler og i år skal vi ta et viktig steg videre i måten vi arrangerer festivalen. De siste to årene har vi eksperimentert og diskutert oss fram til en ny modell og visjon for Karlsøyfestivalens framtid. For å realisere denne drømmen trenger vi deg, din kreativitet og ditt engasjement. I år vil vi skape et levende lite samfunn på Karlsøya som i løpet av første uka i august skaper noe sammen, for seg selv og for alle som kommer til øya.
