Legene skal på like vilkår inngå i et arbeidsfellesskap i form av en
fastlegepraksis. Legene har felles ansvar for drift av legesenteret og
felles ansvar for driftsutgifter slik som husleie, utgifter til utstyr
og lønn til ansatt m.v. Legene forplikter seg til å drive
legegjerningnen i samsvar med gjeldende lover, forskrifter og
alminnelig akseptabel legeskikk. Legene forplikter seg til å holde seg
faglig oppdatert og delta i kvalitetsutvikling av legesenterets
virksomhet.
