Med nevrolog menes lege som er under spesialisering i nevrologi eller er spesialist i nevrologi. Ved enhver utdeling skal det søkes utdelt minst ett og normalt tre stipend; ett innen hver kategori: nevrologer, musikere og malere eller tegnere.
