etter retningslinjer gitt i "Håndbok" for Bondens marked. Bondens
marked skal være et sted der forbruker kan kjøpe varer direkte fra den
som har høstet, avlet, fanget, syltet, bakt, røkt eller på annen måte
foredlet produktene. For å oppnå dette skal foretaket bl.a. stå for
istandsettelse av markedsplassen, myndighetskontakt, avtaleinngåelser
og nødvendig medlemskoordinering.
